ORDER CONFIRMED

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the Order Number.

ORDER SHIPPED

As soon as your order is dispatched to your delivery address, you will receive an email containing your UPC

ORDER RECEIVED

You will receive your order within 5-7 business days after the order is placed.

SHIPPING

WE OFFER FREE STANDARD SHIPPING IN THE U.S., ALL THE TIME.

Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 5-7 business days after the order is placed, pending availability and credit verification.

EXCEPTIONS

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Free Standard Shipping is not valid on international orders. For delivery to international addresses, please contact us at contact@liliskiosque.com

RETURNS

Returned items must be shipped back to Lili’s Kiosque within seven (7) business days from the date the package was delivered to you. We invite you to return an item for the same item in another size, or we will issue you a full refund. Shipping costs incurred when returning items are your responsibility. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Merchandise must be returned to us unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unmodified in any way. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, if any, still attached.
